MADELEINE McCann prime suspect Christian Brueckner has vowed to leave Germany after a court ruled his security restrictions unlawful.
The convicted paedo-phile has been living in a tent in a forest in the north of the country after being freed from jail in September.
He wears a tag so authorities can monitor his movements 24/7 for five years.
However it is understood the device will no longer work if he moves abroad.
