Born on January 21, 1987, her journey is defined by a passion for aerospace, a commitment to diversity in STEM, and a dedication to inspiring the next generation of innovators.

Bowe's early fascination with space and aviation led her to pursue a degree in aerospace engineering, which she earned from the University of Michigan in 2008. After graduating, she began her career at NASA's Ames Research Center, where she worked on projects focused on air traffic management and optimization.

In 2010, Aisha Bowe co-founded STEMBoard, a technology company dedicated to creating intelligent systems that address complex challenges. The company utilizes innovative solutions, including data analytics, machine learning, and software development, to tackle issues in various industries, such as aerospace, defense, and education.

One of Bowe's notable achievements is her commitment to promoting diversity within STEM fields. Aware of the underrepresentation of women and people of color in aerospace engineering and related industries, she has become a strong advocate for inclusivity. Bowe actively engages in outreach programs, mentorship initiatives, and public speaking to inspire and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in STEM.

In addition to her work at STEMBoard, Aisha Bowe is involved in several initiatives that promote STEM education. She founded the nonprofit organization STEMBoard Foundation, which seeks to provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities to underrepresented individuals in STEM fields.
