Celebrating its 28th anniversary, Cibo is offering diners a variety of exciting reasons to join its celebration. One highlight is the limited-edition dishes by executive chef Jorge Mendez. A must-try is the Tubettoni alla Nduja, a spicy and creamy pasta featuring Nduja sausage, burrata, tomato tsuke-mono, and stewed tomatoes. There’s also the pizza version that combines tomato sauce and mozzarella with Nduja sausage and burrata.
