SANDY RYAN says she did not steal Mikaela Mayer's trainer as the pair prepare to face off at Madison Square Garden.
The Derby welterweight is putting her women's WBO title on the line against American Mayer in the early hours of tomorrow at the theatre inside the iconic venue.
Ryan, 31, moved her training camp to the US this year to work in the same gym as Mayer, who was working with coach Kay Koroma. It prompted the former world champion to change her own training team.
