DAN SKELTON will plough on to push his title bid over the line after notching £2million in prize-money for the first time.
Britain's leading trainer broke new ground with the seven-figure sum when Protektorat bounded away with the Fitzdares Fleur De Lys Chase at Windsor last Sunday.
Skelton is more than £650,000 in front of 14-time champion Paul Nicholls and further ahead of third-placed Nicky Henderson.
