This cozy and inviting space offer an ideal retreat from the city's hustle and bustle-a place where guests can relax, dine, and unwind at their own pace. Whether it's a quiet coffee break, a leisurely brunch, a full meal, or a sweet indulgence, Silk Cafe Resto caters to every mood and craving. The café boasts a wide array of thoughtfully curated offerings, including freshly brewed coffee, homemade desserts, refreshing beverages, and all-day meals. Every item on the menu is crafted with high-quality ingredients, ensuring that every sip and bite leaves a lasting impression. The ambiance is a harmonious blend of luxury and warmth, designed to encourage relaxation and social connection. Guests can enjoy indoor seating, which offers a chic and comfortable atmosphere, or outdoor seating, ideal for savouring Colombo's vibrant streetscape with a perfectly brewed cup in hand.

Versatility is central to Silk Cafe Resto's appeal. The café is perfect for coffee dates, casual hangouts, proper meals, solo “me time,” private events, or professional meetings. Every aspect of the café, from furniture layout and lighting to décor and overall flow, has been meticulously designed to create a serene and welcoming environment where guests feel completely at ease. The vision behind Silk Cafe Resto is deeply personal. Its founder, Gayathri Jayasinghe, a seasoned haute couture designer, had long dreamed of establishing a premium café to complement her longstanding clientele at Silk Wraps by Gees, her couture studio which has been running for over a decade. She envisioned a space where the design studio and café could coexist under one roof, creating a multifaceted lifestyle destination. Relocating her studio to Kirula Road, near Asiri Hospital, provided the perfect space to turn this dream into reality.
