Abiding Hope Trust Launches Self-Sustenance Program to Support HIV-Positive Widow

In a heartwarming initiative aimed at empowering the underprivileged, Abiding Hope Trust (AHT), in association with the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), launched a Self-Sustenance Programme today by donating a four-wheeler vendor cart to a widow living with HIV.

The woman, who lost her husband to illness and whose son tragically took his own life, approached Dr. M. Titus Nirmal Kumar, Director of AHT, seeking assistance. Deeply moved by her story and circumstances, AHT provided her with a four-wheeler cart to help her earn a livelihood by selling flowers and vegetables in her community.
