Telangana State SC and ST Commission Chairman Bakki Venkaiah has warned that attacks on SCs and STs will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

He made it clear that action will definitely be taken against the officials who are negligent in the attacks on SCs and STs.

On Tuesday, the family of Begari Ramulu, a Dalit victim whose house was demolished in Sajjapur village of Kohir mandal of Sangareddy district, was handed over a compensation check of Rs 25,000 along with Commission member Rambabu Nayak. The ground was laid for the construction of the house at the demolished site.
