DANCING IN THE DESERT AT MAGNETIC FIELDS

Anticipation, Music, Friendship, And Pursue Seltzer Setting The Stage For An Unforgettable Journey

HAVING ALREADY experienced the chaos of Magnetic Fields a few years prior, this time I approached the festival with more maturity, wisdom, and better preparation. I made sure to pack essentials like spray-on sunscreen, gloves for the sudden temperature drop at midnight, and earbuds to drown out the continuous music.
On a Friday morning, I left for Jaipur, where I met up with a friend to share a cab to Alsisar Mahal, the expansive 10-acre venue for the three-day music festival. The three-hour drive from Jaipur to Alsisar felt like a dream, with us eagerly discussing our plans for the weekend and making pit stops to indulge in junk food (no judgment, we were in vacation mode). It seemed almost too perfect.
Reality hit when we arrived at the festival entrance and I realized I had lost my phone. Panic set in, especially since we were now in sandy terrain. With the help of kind bystanders, I managed to locate my phone within half an hour, vibrating under a guard's foot. What a way to start the adventure.
After this unexpected hiccup, I made my way to my tent, reminiscent of my previous festival experience. Hastily unpacking, selecting an outfit, and grabbing a Pursue drink to sip on while doing my makeup, I finally felt ready to explore and embrace all that the first night had in store.
