The trending Middle Eastern and Indian restaurant takes inspiration from a generation of men who used to travel between Persia, the Middle East, Turkey, and Central Asia to trade goods, capturing some of the beauty of this cultural exchange by bringing a Middle Eastern influence to Indian dishes and vice versa.
