The idea of “what if” is something that has crossed the minds of almost all of us at some point. What would’ve happened if I hadn’t broken up with that HS boyfriend when we left for college? What if I hadn’t called off that engagement? Would we have found our happily ever after after that stupid fight?
For many of us, “what could have been” is a lingering fantasy, but for some stars in Hollywood, getting back together with an ex has become a (short-lived!) reality. In August, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset — for the second time. Back in 2020, three years after tying the knot, Cardi announced that she was ending her marriage to the rapper after rumors of infidelity. They later reconciled, only to split again amid news that she was pregnant with their third child. “With every ending comes a new beginning,” Cardi said on Instagram, addressing her split and the pregnancy.
