Hiker cheats death after 10 days stalked by mountain lion

ARMED with only a flashlight and a pair of scissors, a Northern California hiker lost his way on what he thought would be a short walk in the Santa Cruz Mountains — leading to a life-and-death struggle that played out for ten days until his miraculous rescue!
During the frightening ordeal, Luke McClish slurped creek water from his boot and ate berries to stay alive — while being stalked by a cougar!
The 34-year-old outdoors-man embarked on a three-hour hike from his hometown of Boulder Creek but got turned around when he couldn’t locate the usual landmarks, which had been wiped out by fires.
