Inclusion, whether organic or by design, is vital for an organisation in today's melting pot of a world.

However, to make inclusion cohesive and productive, conscious effort is required to set the guardrails on communication and behaviour within an organisation.

Communication must be not only respectful towards everyone, it must also be inclusive. Everyone should have access to the necessary information and opportunities to express themselves. Strategic inclusive communication is essential for creating a sense of belonging among all members of an organisation and eliciting their best contributions.

Language is a key component of strategic inclusive communication. All social and professional groups tend to develop insider language, accessible only to themselves, which can be disrespectful towards other groups
