The Indian Scout Bobber has always been a head-turner, with its bold, muscular design, retro charm, and classic V-twin engine performance and vibe.

INDIAN SCOUT BOBBER

But here in India, where road conditions often leave much to be desired and practicality is king, does the Scout Bobber still make sense? After all, a bobber motorcycle in a country that's still working on perfecting its infrastructure may seem like a mismatch. Yet, despite the challenges, the Scout Bobber 2025 stands out, offering a potent blend of performance, style, and modern tech.

There currently are six updated scout models to hoose from – the Classic, the 60, the Bobber, the Sport, the Super Scout and the 101. All have different wheel-size, handlebar, footpegs and some design elements and configurations which essentially sit on the same chassis and powered by the same new 1250cc V-twin engine. The main standout features about this Bobber model is that it has the least amount of suspension travel (just 51mm at the rear) and the same 18-inch alloy wheels at both ends, aside from its bobber-style seating and panels arrangement.

imageAt first glance, the 2025 Indian Scout Bobber immediately grabs your attention with its aggressive stance. If you're a rider of average height, like myself (standing at 5'9"), the seat is incredibly low – almost to the point where it feels like you fit into the bike as part of a puzzle rather than you riding it. It's a unique experience, but one that works for a lot of riders, especially those who are shorter or looking for a more grounded riding experience. For those of you taller than 6 feet, however, this motorcycle might feel a bit cramped. The footpegs and handlebars are designed for shorter riders, which means longer journeys could end up feeling uncomfortable, as you'll find yourself hunched and cramped after just a couple of hours in the saddle.

THE HAMMER AND THE SCALPEL A VERDICT YOU DIDN'T WANT
