I took it upon myself at the end of last season to ignore anything to do with transfer activity this summer until I see the player in question with the usual scarf above head pose with hopefully a beaming Jürgen alongside.

Why? Well it’s obvious isn’t it, 80% or more, yeah more just isn’t true. What else have the tabloids got to fill the spaces on the daily papers, the ITK on twitter and of course the king of them all SKY Sports? When I say ignore, well that’s almost impossible, as in any workplace, bar, public places the chat will soon turn to the obscene amount so and so is going for.
