Whitley Davies is one of the most DetermineD young people you Will ever meet.

Whitley Davies is not your average young adult. She can deadlift double her weight and stick to a strict contest diet for several months without cheating. This dedication helped Davies, 22, become British champion in the junior bikini fitness division in October.
FLEX: What’s it like being a British champion?
Whitley Davies: It still feels so surreal. Little old me, British champion! I can’t even explain how it feels to have your work recognised and be rewarded with such a title.

Is it difficult to stay disciplined at such a young age?
