Baklava Sundae
80 pieces filo sheet
600 gm pistachio
1 kg clarified butter
1 kg sugar
400 ml water
1 To prepare the baklava sundae, layer the filo sheet on the baking tray, spread the crushed pistachio and brush the sheet with clarified butter.
2 Repeat the same process three times and your tray will be ready.
3 Cut the baklava in a desired shape as you want and keep it in a preheated oven at 130°C for two hours.
4 Once baking is done, spread sugar syrup over it and serve hot with pistachio on top.
Chocolate Mushroom, Belgian Praline
250 gm Philadelphia cheese
120 gm whipping cream
150 gm Callebaut chocolate
30 ml rum
50 gm egg white
50 gm icing sugar
50 gm flour
50 gm melted butter
1 Cream the Philadelphia cheese with whipping cream, and make a smooth batter.
