The application is a cross-platform tool that enables a doctor or healthcare professional to implement a personalized dose plan via a website portal. The application is built for people with Type 2 Diabetes who are prescribed insulin to manage their blood sugar levels. The artificial intelligence in the application recommends dose change for people taking once-daily long-acting basal insulin, based on their daily fasting blood sugar levels.
