Insulin Lispro-aabc

Insulin lispro-aabc, also known as Insulin LYUMJEV (in the USA), is a rapid and short-acting insulin analogue. It is approved by many Food and DrugAdministration (FDA) worldwide including the USA, Europe and Japan to use as mealtime insulin in adults with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes. It helps to control postprandial spikes of blood sugar levels. It has a fast onset and mimics the action of naturally occurring insulin which is present in an individual without Diabetes. Adults with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes can take insulin lispro-aabc as mealtime insulin (as bolus insulin).
