Model Chiara Scelsi Welcomes The New Season’s Breeziest Pieces
If there’s one American habit Chiara Scelsi never plans to pick up, it’s snacking on the go. “For us Italians, food is sacred and special,” says the model, who recently moved to Brooklyn from her hometown of Milan. “Here I see people eat [while] standing and running around—this is not life! You need to chill and enjoy.”
Meals, it seems, are the only things Scelsi is taking slowly these days. Since her breakout walk on Chanel’s spring/summer 2016 runway, the 22-year-old Italian-Brazilian stunner has been flying around the world for gigs galore. In addition to catching Karl Lagerfeld’s eye, she’s also found support from fellow countrymen Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gab
