After years of failed IVF cycles, sources are buzzing that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are expecting their first child together.

Bundled up in an oversized camo jacket, loose-fitting jeans and a baggy T-shirt, Gwen Stefani seemed to be trying her best to go unnoticed while running errands in Beverly Hills on Sept. 24 — but it didn’t work. “It was impossible to miss her,” a source says of the pop star, who seemed to be shielding her midsection with a large purse. “Gwen was absolutely glowing.”

With good reason. Sources tell OK! that after spending $230,000 on years of heartbreaking failed IVF attempts, Gwen and her beau of three years, Blake Shelton, are expecting their first child together. “There’s buzz that Gwen’s confided in a few close friends that she underwent a third round of IVF treatment and that it was finally a success,” says a friend of the Grammy winner, who will celebrate her 49th birthday on Oct. 3. “Gwen’s giving every indication that she’s pregnant, and it looks like she may even have a little bump already!”

Even more exciting, those close to the mom of three — Kingston, 12, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 4, with ex
