What innovation have you introduced in HAS South Bombay recently?

South Bombay is a live kitchen concept that has been established as a South Indian cafe serving authentic South Indian cuisine. Apart from the authenticity, we have experimented successful fusions such as Chinese, Mexican and American dosas. Pizza Uttapa is our signature product in the fusion category. We are quite successful in pulling the youth as our happening customers in this arena.
