WILLIAM GRANT & SONS, the Scotland-based distiller of single malt scotch whisky Glenfiddich, has been in business since 1887. The brand is now trying to carve out a larger share of the whisky market in India. Fortune India spoke to its director, Peter Gordon, about his plans for India. Edited excerpts:
