2018 has been the year for actor Amit Sadh. From playing the character of Kabir Sawant, a senior officer in ‘Breathe’, to playing Raghubir Pratap Singh, a hockey player in ‘Gold’, he has aced all his characters by delivering some power-packed performances.

Currently, prepping up for his upcoming digital series ‘India Strikes Back’, based on the surgical strike that took place in 2016, Amit is on an all-time high. “Fitness has been part of my life since very young. My father comes from a military background so being fit is something that my father has passed on to me. Moreover, I have also always believed that if you took care of your body from early on, you will lead a comfortable and enjoyable life ahead.

“I went to La Marteneire boarding school in Lucknow, where I was trained and groomed in every sport possible - be it in boxing or bowling. We were trained like the army cadets - and there were loads of physical training and sporting activities that went on in school.”
