Greeting friends!

This issue is one that comes from my heart. As I approach my 45th year of life I realized that even the rough moments are ones I am grateful for. Often society tries to steer our mindset into one of ingratitude when we are experiencing life challenges. So, to see someone down and feeling out during trouble looks and feels normal for many.

I challenge you all to take a different approach to life. When it gets difficult look for the positive and focus on the great moments of it while, learning from the trying times. Try to take the power away from the negative moments and life challenges as often as possible. Instead, sow your power into the positive.
