충분조건을 디자인적인 방법으로 성공적으로 충족시켰다. 건물 사이의 간격이 좁아 창문을 낼 수 없는 이 지역 건물의 구조적 약점을 빛이 녹아있는 공간과 오브제의 형상크리스탈을 모티브로 한 디자인의 창의성으로 포근하고 세련된 공간으로 변화시켰다.
