The remedy for this is to first know that ‘this is wrong’, remain aware of ‘who I am’ and come to know who is really doing it, and as one understands the precepts of order in detail, awareness against pride will increase and pride will melt away. Along with this, if the tendencies go there from previous studies, it is also very necessary to immediately uproot them and use the weapon of Pratikraman.
