होलिका दहन शास्त्रीय विधान
ज्योतिष की दृष्टि से होलिका दहन शासक और शासित दोनों को प्रभावित करता है। प्रतिपदा, चतुर्दशी में दिन के समय और भद्रा के समय होलिका दहन करना अनिष्टकारक है। यह सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्र को हानिकारक है।
आरोग्य की देवी शीतला माता
सुरभि महीने में अष्टमी व्रत और पराशक्ति शीतला माता की पूजा-आराधना अत्यधिक महत्त्वपूर्ण है। सुरभि महीने में चैत्र तथा वैशाख दोनों महीने आते हैं। ये दोनों महीने बसन्त ऋतु में समाविष्ट हैं।
ऊजाप्रदायक दुर्गापूजा!
इसके विधिविधान से अनुष्ठान करने से लौकिक एवं पारलौकिक सिद्धियाँ मिलती हैं। इसके स्वाध्याय से मनमस्तिष्क ऊर्जावान् होते हैं। इसके बीजमन्त्रों में 'ऐं, क्लीं, हीं, श्रीँ अक्षर आवश्यक हैं। प्रकृति की त्रिगुणात्मक शक्ति (सत, रज और तम) 'दुर्गा' में समाहित हैं। दुर्गा की आराधना से मूलाधार चक्र को शक्ति प्राप्त होती है।
देवों से ऊपर है माता का स्थान
प्राचीन काल में सुदूर दक्षिण में एक बड़े भू-भाग पर भारशिवों का एक सुगठित राज्य था। भारशिव शैव थे। वे हमेशा शिव-विग्रह रखते थे। इसी शिव-विग्रह को ढोने के कारण वे 'भारशिव' कहलाए। इनका राज्य बहुत ही शक्तिशाली एवं समृद्ध था।
उच्च ग्रह, नीच ग्रह एवं अस्तंगत ग्रह !
भारतीय ज्योतिष में नौ ग्रह बताए गए हैं। इसमें दो छाया ग्रह हैं। सूर्य, चन्द्रमा, मंगल, बुध, गुरु, शुक्र एवं शनि ग्रह हैं, जो आकाशीय मण्डल में दृष्टमान हैं।

मेरुदण्ड की शिराओं को नवचेतना देते हैं योगासन
योगासन का उद्देश्य है 'स्वस्थ तन और प्रसन्न मन ।' इनका नित्य अभ्यास करने पर शरीर का प्रत्येक अंग स्वस्थ होता है और साधक प्रसन्नचित्त होता है। प्रस्तुत आलेख में दो प्रमुख आसनों यथा; पादहस्तासन और शीर्षासन का वर्णन किया जा रहा है। पादहस्तासन जहाँ मेरुदण्ड की जड़ता को कम करते हुए उसे नवचेतना प्रदान करता है, तो वहीं वह हृदय की धड़कन को सामान्य करता है और मनोरोगों में भी लाभप्रद होता है। जहाँ तक शीर्षासन का प्रश्न है, तो वह मस्तिष्क एवं तंत्रिका तंत्र से सम्बन्धित रोगों में अत्यन्त लाभकारी है।
