Saying yes to ourselves is the key to well-being. This doesn’t mean saying yes to every experience, or accepting, unthinkingly, everything which comes our way. It means realizing that we make our own reality. Having said that, as we step into the new year let us burn all our discouragement and disappointment and say 'yes’ to the future ahead.
I am delighted to introduce this edition’s Cover Girl Prachi Tehlan - a basketball champion and actor. Tehlan has donned many roles. She has braved all odds - rejections, criticisms and disappointments and proved that saying 'yes’ to challenges is equivalent to running half the race. The 'Queen of the Court' landed herself a role in 'Diya Aur Bati Hum’ in 2016. Since then, it was no looking back. Despite her humongous achievements, she is an epitome of gentleness and humility.
The objective of enlighten india is to provide relevant, up-to-date and insightful articles on health, well being, beauty, fashion, food and lifestyle. As such, the magazine aspires to be vibrant, engaging and accessible. Read in to know what the youth of Mumbai were up to this December.
