Saying yes to ourselves is the key to well-being. This doesn’t mean saying yes to every experience, or accepting, unthinkingly, everything which comes our way. The popularity of our YouTube channel has grown in leaps and bounds since the last month and we would like to thank all of our dedicated readers and viewers for your constant encouragement and support.  Our desi TV industry sure has grown tremendously in this past decade and even today it’s displaying no signs whatsoever of decelerating.
