去年年底聯合國教科文組織公佈新一批「創意城市網路」名單,福建泉州成為中國第七座「世界美食之都」。5年前,泉州以城市入選《世界文化遺產名錄》,如今以美食之名再次被世界認可。這一次,為甚麼又是泉州?
