[主題故事]大黃河 奔流到海不復回
黃河經過九曲十八彎，穿越中國三大階梯地形，在河南孟津小浪底衝出最後一段峽谷，至鄭州桃花峪結束中游流程，黃河自此進入平原地區。由於河道變緩，流速減慢，河牀不斷抬高，形成舉世聞名的地上懸河。歷史上，黃河在此地區不斷改道，也影響了人們的生活方式。黃河在下游地區挾帶着滾滾泥沙，最終在山東東營墾利流入渤海，由於淡水與鹹水混合發生作用，在廣闊的海面形成一條猶如蜿蜒長龍的黃藍交匯......

黃河離開甘肅蘭州後，沿着黃土高原的西北緣向東北奔流，沿途接納祖厲河、清水河，出黑山峽後進入寧夏平原，黃河水在茫茫沙海中孕育出一片富足的綠洲，成就了「天下黃河富寧夏」之說。 到了上中游分界托克托縣向南，黃河急轉個大彎進入晉陝峽谷，也到了晉陝黃土高原的腹地。黃河之名，便因黃土使河水色黃而來，俯瞰晉陝黃土高原，展現的是在大自然的各種作用下形成的地貌：蛇曲、峽谷、瀑布、龍......

[主題故事]第522期 黃河之水天上來
30多年來，攝影師鄭雲峰長期處於高寒缺氧、風餐露宿的高原，他徒步、騎馬或坐車，以帳篷為家，與荒漠作伴，用盡畢生的精力，帶來了數十萬張珍貴的照片，完整地記錄了黃河的自然地理、人文生活和生態變遷。這條發源自青藏高原的中國第二長河，一路接納百川、匯聚千流，最後跋涉5,464公里後流入渤海，從涓涓細流變成滾滾洪流，其波瀾壯闊的流向，也是攝影師鄭雲峰人生偉大的征程。我們一路溯源，將一連幾期隆重呈獻黃河說不完的故事。

[主題故事]第519期 四川茶馬古道 溯源大小茶路(上) 說起茶馬古道，大多數人會不期然想起雲南普洱到西藏拉薩那條「滇藏茶馬古道」。其實在川藏橫斷山脈中還有兩條古老的「茶葉大道」（大茶路和小茶路）。那時，古道上商旅往來，馬蹄聲聲聲人耳，馱着茶包絡繹不絕銷往四川康定，以至西藏昌都和拉薩，甚至遠銷南亞印度、尼泊爾各國。如今，川藏南北線公路日益完善，大山裡曾經的喧囂歸於平靜，古道上曾經的痕跡亦湮滅於荒野之中，為了尋找這段歷史上繁華的榮光，我們揹起行囊，順着「四川茶馬古道」去溯源這兩條曾經輝煌過的大、小茶路。

呼倫貝爾大草原俄式小鎮恩和
恩和是中國唯一的俄羅斯族民族鄉，地處呼倫貝爾額爾古納市西北部，與俄羅斯僅隔額爾古納河。攝影發燒友或許對恩和周邊的根河、莫爾道嘎趨之若鶩，卻忽略了恩和這座邊境小城。恩和緩緩流淌的哈烏爾河、仙境一樣的天池、金燦燦的白樺林，還有
那數不清的中俄聯婚的故事，為這小鎮增添了無限的傳奇色彩。作者自從1999年第一次到來便深被打動，2006年還成了第一個在這裡買小木屋定居的外來人。

皇城之脊（上）

追逐繁星的旅程
人們常以「天文數字」指稱龐大的數字，實則天文數字有多誇張呢？據科學家估算，我們身處的銀河系包含1,000至4,000億顆恆星。面對如此宏大的規模，有人慨嘆自身的渺小無力，卻亦有人不懼困難，以螻蟻之身，孜孜不倦地探求宇宙鴻荒之理。他們所留下的知識與工具，照耀人類歷史長河。

今趟我們遊覽中國古往今來的重要觀星場所，由周代的登封觀星台一直談到現代的「中國天眼」，也會請天文科普人士與星空攝影師現身說法，教大家如何運用網絡科技觀察夜空，再將這一片迷人的星空，收入相機之中。

隱世敦煌石窟

近日，香港文化博物館正舉行「敦煌——千載情緣的故事」展覽，盛世敦煌的瑰寶文物又重現香江。大部分人以為「敦煌石窟」就等於莫高窟，又或者只知道莫高窟而不知敦煌還有其他石窟的存在。其實，「敦煌石窟」是一個概念，當中還包括昌馬、東千佛洞、肅北五個廟、水峽口等不對外開放的石窟。假如把敦煌莫高窟比喻為「佛國世界」的中心點，這些寂寂無名的石窟就如菩薩或保護神一樣，默默守候在敦煌。這期我們沿着黨河、疏勒河等一路溯源，探尋散落在莫高窟周邊的敦煌遺珍。

賞秋　在邊境
中國陸上邊境線漫長，毗鄰10餘個國家。國界線上的大小邊境城市或村落，不僅在人文風情上深受鄰國影響，自然風光也與內陸地區大相徑庭。位於東北的中朝邊境率先入秋，9月下旬開始，長白山楓葉漸紅、延邊金稻喜人。正北方向的中俄、中蒙邊境不遑多讓，呼倫貝爾草原秋收正忙，浴火重生的漠河、林木繁秀的珍寶島與白鷺島，幾乎同時變得五色繽紛。西北地區多國交界，滿載西域風情。保留原始圖瓦風貌的新疆白哈巴與禾木村，金黃樺樹遍佈山野，10月開始葉落滿地；塔什庫爾干縣沐浴在秋陽之中，阿拉爾金草灘被一叢叢橙色覆蓋。西南地區風光各異，中印邊境的西藏阿里，如入無人之秋；中緬邊境的騰衝花開成海，上萬畝萬壽菊齊齊綻放……沿邊境線賞秋，各地風景不同，而樂亦無窮。

鹽之絕景
鹽對於大部分都市人來說，只是收納在調味盒子之中，無甚重量的顆粒。然而放眼世界，鹽也可以呈現為廣闊無垠的鹽湖、重疊連綿的鹽山、神秘幽深的鹽洞。而在這一幀又一幀壯麗之風景背後，又藏着人類文明鬥爭及發展的歷史。今期主題故事「鹽之絕景」，我們走訪山西運城、青海鹽湖、巴蜀鹽道、四川自貢、西藏鹽井、江蘇揚州、台灣布袋、香港鹽田梓等「鹽點」，見證天南地北的人們如何以血汗與智慧，產鹽運鹽。

上海街　穿越香港流金歲月
上海街是香港油尖旺區的主要街道之一，廚具、五金、當舖、照相館、茶莊、鞋舖，各種日常生活所需都幾乎能在這裡找到。這上海街，曾是一條「海上街」。如今，它從老去的大廈間穿過，面對城市的急劇轉變，卻仍存有一些原來的面貌，飄蕩着昔日的漁港韻律。老金行、風水舖、裙褂店等老字號娓娓道來昔日水上人的故事；朗豪坊、「618上海街」等新地標，又令人深思古街的何去何從……穿越上海街，恍如走過香港的今昔縮影，牽動着一段段教人難忘的回憶。

園遊會　中國園林探趣
疫情遲遲未退，我們困守小城，不覺已近3年，如何在侷促的空間自得其樂？我們或可取師中國古典園林藝術。園林的「園」字，外圍有一個囗」，本身就是一片受困有限之地，古人卻憑「園不在大而在精」之精神，透過疊山理水、栽植草木，化有限為無限，在小小的園子建立安身立命之所。

今次主題故事，我們請來古建攝影師蘇唐詩教大家如何在園林中以小見大；經由這雙攝影眼，欣賞北方、江南，以至本地園林，探討前人如何以築園美化環境，建構精神的歸宿之地。

黃河岸邊說臨夏
說到大西北和回族風情，多數人馬上想到寧夏回族自治區，殊不知在甘肅西南部黃河上游，也有另一處回族聚居地――臨夏回族自治州。一直以來，寧夏與臨夏因普通話發音接近而被混為一談，地理上「天下黃河富寧夏」而沒有富臨夏的命運，讓臨夏顯得更「低調」，然而養在深閨的「小臨夏」卻處處有「大發現」：中國大型水電工程劉家峽水庫、建造時間比敦煌莫高窟更早的炳靈寺石窟、回族風情濃郁的八坊十三巷、古動物化石之鄉和政，還有撒拉族、保安族等多民族風情……跟着我們來，好好認識「真正的臨夏」！

地球第三極　朝覲西藏冰川
有地球第三極之稱的西藏高原，是世界上中低緯度帶山嶽冰川數量分佈最多、規模最大的區域。它亦是全中國冰川分佈最集中的地區，其面積高達2.8萬平方公里，佔中國冰川面積半壁江山。特別是喜馬拉雅山脈和念青唐古拉山脈，雪峰林立，孕育出壯麗神奇的冰川奇觀。這一趟我們就從最靠近西藏首府拉薩的卡若拉冰川開始，一路向西到世界之巔珠穆朗瑪峰腳下絨布冰川，從東往西一次過把雪域高原上最具代表的冰川景觀一覽無遺。

衛奕信徑
香港郊野的縱軸

攤開香港遠足地圖，麥理浩徑（麥徑）宛如一條腰帶，把西貢至屯門的風光從東到西串連起來。衛奕信徑（衛徑）呢？它直立於香江，將港九新界由南向北貫通一起。一個是「橫行」，另一個是「縱走」，兩者的差異並不限於字面上之意義，亦具體呈現在山路起伏、景觀變化、生態分佈等不同方面。蘇軾云：「橫看成嶺側成峰，遠近高低各不同。」在478期「麥徑同行40載」的主題報道中，我們透過麥徑「橫看」了香港的郊野，今趟我們改走衛徑，從另一個角度演繹山城之美。

山西趕廟會 眾神狂歡
「廟會」是民間信仰中祭祀神靈以求消災祈福的一系列隆重節慶活動。山西各地大小廟宇不下萬餘座，根據村落大小和傳承習慣，有的村子一年僅有一次廟會，有的村子一年有好幾次。從正月初一開始的過大年元宵節社火廟會，到二月二龍抬頭燈盞會、三月十八后土娘娘會、春夏之交的龍王廟會、七月河曲打瓜會、臘月榆次冰山會……幾乎「是月月有節日，日日趕廟會。」而農曆新年期間的廟會更是重中之重。

亂燉東北（上）
「東北」是個獨特的地域性存在，黑龍江、吉林、遼寧，明明是3 個面積頗大的不同省份，卻永遠以整體的形式出現，「東北一家親」之類的口號，在全國都算響噹噹。緣何如此？大概是因為文化與地理特徵的高度相似。東北的神奇之處在於，任何事物來到這裡都會被「東北化」，就像強悍到能影響所有口音的東北話一樣。受邊境位置、早期戰爭與殖民文化的影響，東北許多城市都帶有異國風情，但絲毫不顯突兀，這感覺很像最具代表性的東北菜――亂燉 ，管它茄子土豆大白菜，來了就是東北的！

遲來的秋天
秋天是敏感多變的季節，楓葉由綠轉紅，再由紅變黃，枯落消逝，前後不過1個多月。步入11月，當北方已是秋霜降者草花落，一片蕭瑟淒清之勢，南方不少賞秋勝地卻迎來最賞心悅目的時節。不論是長江三峽兩岸的漫山秋楓、浙江永嘉橘紅的柿林、上海青西郊野公園的水上森林、還是雲南騰沖金黃連綿的銀杏，莫不令人目不暇給。今期我們一起追尋南方「遲來的秋天」，譜寫晚秋的頌歌。
