亂燉東北（上）
「東北」是個獨特的地域性存在，黑龍江、吉林、遼寧，明明是3 個面積頗大的不同省份，卻永遠以整體的形式出現，「東北一家親」之類的口號，在全國都算響噹噹。緣何如此？大概是因為文化與地理特徵的高度相似。東北的神奇之處在於，任何事物來到這裡都會被「東北化」，就像強悍到能影響所有口音的東北話一樣。受邊境位置、早期戰爭與殖民文化的影響，東北許多城市都帶有異國風情，但絲毫不顯突兀，這感覺很像最具代表性的東北菜――亂燉 ，管它茄子土豆大白菜，來了就是東北的！
