The Vintage Oxford Quilt on this month’s cover is a cosy quilt to snuggle under. The Kimono Quilt combines different piecing techniques and showcases this oriental collection beautifully. We all need a bit of brightness with these dark evenings and the Al Fresco Sampler will certainly do that! The Shooting Stars Quilt is great for using up your scraps. Indeed don’t forget any of our projects can be made scrappy from fabrics in your stash. We’ve reached the final part of Stuart Hillard’s Mystery Quilt, so don’t look at page 62 if you don’t want to see the final reveal! Joanna O’Neill has reviewed the recent Great Northern Quilt Show for us while Judi Mendelssohn tells us about Brits Flying the Flag at this summer’s Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show in Oregon, USA.
