A matter of luck

It would seem that mere luck prevented the entry of shabu worth billions into the Philippine market.
-
As per reports, a speedboat ran aground last Tuesday, March 10, in Paluan, Mindoro Occidental. When locals tried to offer assistance to the two men with the boat they were waved away. But later when soldiers approached the boat the two men ran off.
The reason for their fears was later discovered; the boat was loaded with 43 sacks of suspected shabu. All weighed approximately 906 kilos and was valued at P6.18 billion. The sacks indicated the drugs were manufactured or packed in Vietnam.
