EZ Tech Telecommunications defeated Welec Trucking Services via a 98-97 nailbiter in overtime to emerge as champions of the 1st Mayor Aljew Frasco Open Basketball League last Saturday night, March 14, at the full-packed Panphil B. Frasco Memorial Sports Complex in Liloan, Cebu.
