Positive lifestyle changes can make a difference, such as eating beneficial foods, for example. ‘As we age, nutrient deficiencies become more prevalent, intestinal absorption decreases and metabolism slows, potentially causing deficiencies that impact hair health,’ says Dr Godic, so diet really matters.
