Guitar Magic The 6th “Magic of the Guitar” International Festival will be held in the Northern Capital from 6 to 13 April and the programme will be full of surprises. The guitar will be seen in a totally different light in the opening concert at the Philharmonic Chamber Hall on 6 April. The combination of its magical timbre with the violin, flute, oboe, clarinet, cello and double bass creates a truly enchanting sound. The concert on 10 April in the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace will feature real queens of classical guitar: Antigoni Goni and Irina Kulikova. The closing concert on 13 April will include, for the first time in St. Petersburg, three concertos for guitar and orchestra in one evening.
