No way...I can't keep living like this, Sheree Miller thought sadly, watching her children troop out to play without her once again. As a mother of eight, Sheree desperately wanted to join in and interact with her kids in the way she'd always dreamed, but at 322 pounds-her heaviest weight ever-with her kidneys at stage 4 failure and on several medications for high blood pressure, cholesterol and anxiety, she could not even walk around the block without losing her breath.

Stuck in a cycle

"Ever since I was a child, I had tried and failed to lose weight. If you can think of it, I had tried it: from fad diets to strict programs and rigorous exercise routines," recalls Sheree. "But with each new try, within two weeks I'd be off the wagon again, struggling to find the next thing that would give me the results I wanted.

"One day, while on the search for something new that could help me achieve my goal, I was introduced to Body Groove ($14 per month, BodyGroove.com), a collection of online dance workouts accompanied by a coaching program. With more than 600 classes of all sorts of dances, yoga and strength training, Body Groove piqued my interest. But I’ll admit, when I watched my first dance class, I couldn’t help but laugh.
