Where tech meets responsibility

What if every line of code could breathe easier? In a world where algorithms quietly guzzle power, one journey proves software can be lean, green, and wildly efficient—cutting waste, not corners. This isn’t just coding. It’s eco-engineering

Where tech meets responsibility

Sustainability isn’t just about planting trees anymore. In today’s world of digital transformation and cloud-first mindsets, the unseen energy-hogs are often hidden in lines of code. And that’s exactly where Amarjeet Dangi, Founder & CEO of Clavrit, is focusing his attention—with surgical precision. His team isn’t just building software. They’re reimagining it to be leaner, greener, and downright smarter.

We sat down with Dangi to decode the practical side of energy-efficient software development. The conversation turned out to be a deep dive into how Clavrit is using green coding techniques, AI, and a dash of courage to build a platform—OxiFlow-that doesn’t just perform, but sustains.

Inefficient code isn’t just bad tech-it’s bad for the planet

“Software inefficiencies, such as inefficient algorithms, redundant computations, and unoptimized database operations, lead to higher CPU and memory usage. This results in increased power consumption, higher operational costs, and a rise in carbon emissions,” Amarjeet explains.

It’s a point often overlooked. When we think of sustainability, we rarely picture a chunk of Python code hogging CPU cycles. But the consequences ripple outward—from ballooning AWS bills to bloated carbon footprints. And for companies operating at scale, these inefficiencies add up fast.

From Django to Data Footprints: Tools That Walk the Talk

“We leveraged energy-saving coding practices and frameworks for OxiFlow. We used GreenFrame to analyze the carbon impact of our Django-based web app and performed optimizations suggested by it,” Amarjeet shares. They also employed CodeCarbon to track emissions from Al models and scripts.

But it wasn’t just about plugging in a few tools. Clavrit redesigned its workflows.
