Leeds United will face Hull City in next season’s Premier League after a dramatic ending to Saturday afternoon's Championship play-off final and heartbreak for a former Whites star.

With Championship champions Coventry City and runners-up Ipswich Town already promoted, Hull City took on Middlesbrough in Saturday’s Wembley play-off final, Boro replacing Southampton who were expelled following their Spygate saga.
Saturday’s final featured Leeds players of past and present, Whites loanee Joe ‘Joffy’ Gelhardt and also former Leeds defender Cody Drameh named on the bench for Hull who were captained by ex-Leeds youngster Lewie Coyle.
Promotion winning Whites hero Luke Ayling started for Boro, the right-back looking to seal a second promotion to the country's top flight at 34 years old.
