|June 13, 2026
A WOMAN called her ex-partner 750 times over a two-week period and made false allegations about him to police during a campaign of harassment, a court heard.
Demi Davies was in a relationship with her partner for 10 years before they split up in July 2024, Mold Crown Court was told.
The situation between them was "tense", said Laura Knightly who was prosecuting. He returned to live with his parents and siblings and she continued to live in their home.
On July 8, 2024, he returned to the couple's home to collect the dog they both shared, but there was an argument.
He took the dog to the car, but Davies ran ahead and hit his vehicle with a toy tractor, causing a dent. He tried to drive away, but she struck the car again.
Then in November 2024, she contacted the victim's father asking when he was going to collect the children. When he couldn't respond to her satisfaction, she contacted the police and made false allegations over blackmail or unfounded sexual allegations, said Ms Knightly.
