Socialite who shot dead police chief finds spark with electrician
A SOCIALITE who shot dead a top cop during a drinking session has found love with an electrician.
Jasmine Hartin-whose ex is the son of billionaire Tory grandee Lord Ashcroft was spared jail in Belize last June after saying it was an accident.
It is understood the Canadian jet-setter, 34, got together with tradesman Carlos Duverge, 30, a month later.
They live together in what locals call a "down-at-heel" neighbourhood on the paradise islands of Turks and Caicos.
It is near to where her mega-rich ex Andrew Ashcroft, 46, lives with their two children in a multi-million pound bungalow on a private golf estate. A source told us: "It couldn't be more of a contrast from Jasmine's last romance.
