ANTHONY ELANGA urged his Newcastle team-mates to build on their sparkling performance in Europe to get their Premier League season back on track.

- BY LEE RYDER

ANTHONY ELANGA urged his Newcastle teammates to build on their sparkling performance in Europe to get their Premier League season back on track.

The Magpies were in free-scoring mood, sweeping Belgian side Union SG aside 4-0 in their Champions League clash in Brussels on Wednesday.

Elanga had a hand in three of those goals and faces his former team Nottingham Forest today hoping to open his account for the Toon, having failed to score in nine appearances since his £55million move from the City Ground.
