Man left with ‘severe injuries’

POLICE have shared a picture of a man they want to speak to after a 'serious attack' in Stockport town centre.

The assault happened in broad daylight in the busy Market Place at around 11.35am last Thursday (April 2).

The victim suffered 'severe injuries' to their face, Greater Manchester Police said.
