HARRY Souttar is expected to attract plenty of interest after helping Australia pull off a shock victory over Turkey in their opening World Cup match, writes Josh Holland.
Souttar captained the Socceroos to a 2-0 victory over the tournament’s dark horses in their Group D clash in Vancouver.
The Leicester City centre-half helped a resolute Australian defence keep out Turkey’s 30 shots.
Souttar, 27, has gone from fearing for his place at the World Cup to showing what he can do on the big stage.
