Villagers tell of concerns over 80-homes plan

Martin Grant Land Limited wants to build up to 80 homes on land at Pendrick Close, in Coton, about two miles west of Cambridge.

The plan, submitted by Stantec, on behalf of Martin Grant Land Limited, also proposes a new public open space and a play area.
