The Indian goods selling in the US market or the US companies getting their products manufactured in India will see reduced margins, poor competitiveness of price in the US market. With reduced price difference, the customer preferences will change, and it will result in reduced orders and that will ultimately impact the economies of scale. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of India will undergo a significant business hit. As these companies have a lot of business coming from the overseas market.
