What does a typical training day look like for you?
A few times a week, I'll get up before the chaos (kids) and get 45 minutes of cardio in - usually a run, bike or swim depending on what hurts least. I hit three full-body strength sessions a week, never longer than an hour - quick, focused, and done before life kicks off. Once a week, usually to my own detriment, I'll fully send it on a weighted run or interval-style session. Not the smartest training choice, but it keeps me honest. Whatever my military unit programmes for us gets factored in too - that's always the main priority.
