Born and raised in Kanpur's business belt, she developed an early appreciation for creativity, art, and craftsmanship, which eventually shaped her leadership approach. Married into the Saraf family at a young age, she became the first daughter-in-law to assume active and strategic business responsibility, with the steadfast support of her husband Atul Saraf. While raising her sons Vaibhav and Saumitra, she simultaneously laid down foundational systems and processes in the company.
